Sugar-free gum and candy may have similar results with regards to your saliva.

Almonds can provide calcium and protein and other nuts and seeds like pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cashews, pecans and walnuts could also be beneficial. You could enjoy these on their own or they can be mixed in with a salad or other meal and snack options.

Fruits and vegetables can also help make your mouth healthier. Many of these, like apples, carrots, celery etc., can also promote saliva production in your mouth on top of other beneficial qualities they may have. Leafy greens, like kale, are rich in calcium which can help strengthen the enamel on your teeth.
